Estates, Wills & Trusts
We are specialist deceased estate administrators. We can assist with the reporting of deceased estates to the Master of the High Court, obtaining Letters of Executorship, and the full administration of the estate. We can also take up the nomination as Executors.
We can assist with the drafting of conventional and Shariah-compliant Wills, register Trusts with the Master of the High Court, and can act as Independent Trustees on your Trusts.
